PURCHASED PROGRAM COORDINATOR

 

POSITION TITLE: Purchased Program Coordinator

LOCATION: Las Vegas, NV

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time


DESCRIPTION

The Purchased Program Coordinator works within the Purchased: Not For Sale Lane of The Hub LV. The Purchased Program Coordinator oversees the day-to-day function of the Reclaimed Recovery Program. The Reclaimed Recovery Program is an outpatient recovery program for teen girls 12-17 who are either high risk for sex trafficking or are identified survivors of sex trafficking. This position also assists the Purchased Director with outreaches, partner meetings, etc.


HUB STAFF REQUIREMENTS

  • Champion The Hub to the community: partners, churches, orgs, schools, etc.
  • Assist Hub staff for trainings, Hub-wide events, serving events, partner events, and mission teams
  • Speak/teach at different events within The Hub and for Hub partners
  • Attend staff meeting

GENERAL DUTIES
Admin:

  • Communicate with the Purchased Director promptly about any issues or concerns
  • Attend Team Leader meetings (when necessary) and all Purchased events
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor
  • Understand and use Point to plan, schedule, and communicate with volunteers
  • Understand and use Asana to organize tasks and communicate with other

Purchased Staff:

  • Assist on Purchased outreaches as scheduled
  • Assist Director in maintaining partnerships with various agencies
  • Oversee maintenance of the Purchased van (gas, oil changes, cleanliness, etc.)

Purchased Teen Program:

  • Schedule, create, and write/oversee the writing of new curriculum for recovery classes using Asana to map out chapter by chapter goals/plans and Google docs to edit and store
  • Oversee Recovery Class leaders in scheduling teachers/volunteers to be at the program space
  • Coordinate transportation to and from the Purchased campus for each client in the recovery program. This includes driving clients to or from home as needed and scheduled with other Purchased staff.
  • Schedule monthly field trips
  • Assign and oversee volunteer roles and responsibilities while at the program
  • Oversee day-to-day individualized case management operations of the Reclaimed Juvenile Recovery Program at the Purchased campus using the Casebook case notes system
    • Lead all client intake for clients entering the recovery program with one other Purchased staff member
    • Plan recovery classes, phase progressions, and the annual calendar
    • Assess goals and determine education/career plans
    • Check-in weekly with each client in the program
    • Attend CFT meetings for clients in the program as needed
  • Communicate regularly with legal guardians of clients and relevant contracted agencies to keep them informed on the client’s progress
  • Oversee clients with their online schooling when needed and daily keep clients accountable to their scholastic goals
  • Understand Ignitia and utilizing it to grade assignments and track scholastic progress

KEY SKILLS NEEDED

  • Ability to drive the Send Relief 15-passenger van
  • Great communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
